Our prices are base prices, and are reflective on which stylist you see and product usage.
Consultations are required for Corrective Color services.

Our desire to be ready for each client that walks in for their scheduled appointment requires us to have our late policy applied for anyone who is 15+ minutes late for their scheduled appointment time.
If you are 15+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the stylist will need to use their discretion regarding rescheduling your appointment/changing the scheduled services that were booked for that day.
Thank you for your understanding that our business is appointment and time-based.
Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in the stylists’ schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients on the wait list for appointments.
As a courtesy, we send a confirmation email or text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and the day of your appointment.
We require a deposit of 50% of the service total for any services totaling $100 or more.
This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable up to 1 time.
This deposit will be used to your scheduled service cost.
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact our front desk within 10 days of the original appointment and ask to speak to your stylist or for a return phone call.
Client redo’s will be provided with the same stylist.
The redo policy doesnot cover a change in the original style or color that was requested and consulted upon.
